The United States is fighting its third simultaneous war in an Islamic country. President Obama says the action is meant to defend the Libyan people against their own leader, Moammar Gaddafi. As an exiled Libyan dissident, Dr. Mansour El-Kikhia discusses whether the pressure from the U.S. and its allies will hasten Gaddafi's fall from power.

This week marks the one-year anniversary since The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was signed into law. Jane Orient, M.D., Executive Director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, and Toni Lewis, M.D., Chair of the SEIU's Healthcare Division, offer up their diagnosis of the reform law.

Set aside during Women's History Month, “Be Good to Women Day” celebrates womanhood and brings attention to the dire need for women to be treated as equals in society. Brad Sanders, co-founder of the event, explains this rising national movement to honor, respect and support women.

Mission Bell” is the fourth studio album by soulful singer-songwriter Amos Lee; and even if you don’t recognize his name, it’s likely you’ve heard him before. Fusing jazz, soul and 70’s folk songs, “Mission Bell” immediately went to #1 on the Billboard charts upon its release.
