Attorney Stuart H. Smith describes how Big Oil obfuscates critical issues of environmental safety and buys political influence in a new book, “Crude Justice: How I Fought Big Oil and Won, and What You Should Know About the New Environmental Attack on America”. Smith joins us to share his fights and his findings.

Jeff Bridges is best known as a brilliant performer, but he is also passionate about ending childhood hunger in America. Bridges and Bill Shore, the founder and CEO of the advocacy group Share Our Strength, have started a pair of anti-hunger campaigns, “No Kid Hungry” and “Breakfast in the Classroom”. They join us to talk about their joint efforts.

Comedian Mike Epps  joins us to talk about his AOL web series, “That’s Racist With Mike Epps”, which takes a humorous look at stereotyping, and to look ahead to his upcoming starring role as Richard Pryor in a new biopic.
