The graduation rate for students in U.S. public high schools has reached 80 percent for the first time ever. Much of that improvement has been driven by dramatic gains in graduation rates among students of color, according to a new report, “Building a Grad Nation”, from the Everyone Graduates Center at Johns Hopkins University.
